Sunaiva Gate (sunaivacore.io) — MCP-native constitutional hook engine for AI agents.

Intercepts every agent action before execution and enforces constitutional rules via
the Triple-Gate runtime (Accuracy / Currency / Risk). Covered by USPTO provisional
patent 64/006,491. Free Constitutional Gate ships 34 local rules (27 constitutional
+ 7 recommended-default); 69 additional hosted rules available on paid tiers (Pro / Team).
Total rule catalogue: 103 rules. Fail-safe by default (fail-closed) — errors produce a structured audit entry. Opt-in fail-open available via SUNAIVA_GATE_FAIL_OPEN_ON_ERROR=1.

## Remote MCP endpoint (streamable-http, no install)

https://mcp.sunaivacore.io — the same server, reachable directly over MCP JSON-RPC with no
local install. `initialize`, `tools/list`, `ping`, and `notifications/initialized` require
no auth token. Only `tools/call` (executing a tool) requires `Authorization: Bearer <sgk_...>`.

## Tools (16 advertised via tools/list; 12 live, 4 planned on the remote transport)

validate_action, log_bypass, get_audit_log, set_rule_mode, get_rule_modes, reset_rule_mode,
add_custom_rule, update_custom_rule, delete_custom_rule, list_custom_rules, list_presets,
apply_preset — implemented, callable now.

get_rules, update_rules, ship_confidence_check, audit_verify — advertised by tools/list for
schema parity with the stdio client, but tools/call on the remote (streamable-http) transport
returns NOT_IMPLEMENTED for these 4 today. No route in the hosted backend implements them yet.
